Servo Bunch Wrappers
We have scored a hat trick with this all-new PPBW5000 servo automatic bunch wrapper, which has been designed in house to meet the need to replace the old mechanical bunch wrappers which has not changed since the 1960's
Two machines have been built in stainless steel for a client in the USA who manufactures small round cheeses who required a faster and easier to use bunch wrapper with touch screen control
The third machine has been built for a UK client in a powder coated finish version and again this customer was again looking to replace an old mechanical unit. The customer wraps vinyl tapes in several sizes and he wanted to reduces the changeover time from 45min plus to 10min and with settings pre-set into the programme and quick release parts this was achieved .
All three machines have been manufactured alongside each other at our new Burnley production site and can be seen on youtube.
All New Bespoke Semi Automatic Fine Pleat Wrapper
Pendle packaging was approached by a major Christmas pudding producer to design and develop a replacement machine to improve productivity, reduce material waste and give a higher specification wrap.
This we achieved by combining the film feed system from our PPBW2700 and the Iris assembly from our PPBW10 and designing a new loading method and auto eject system
The result is a machine with an 50% increase in productivity a 25% saving on film and a fine pleat wrap finish rather than a standard bunch

New Stand Alone Tunnel
Based on our Monoblock PPSW500P Sleeve wrapper and tunnel system we have been asked to produce a Tunnel only option for use with pre-made shrink sleeves for a major retail brand.
This new PPST500/2/P Tunnel includes Twin fan circulation, Variable speed mesh belt conveyor, Extended hood and Digital temp control.
